Welcome to Avangard Photography! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our wedding photography services, including our website and any related services. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

### 1. Services Provided

Avangard Photography offers professional wedding photography services, including but not limited to:
- Photography coverage of wedding events.
- Editing and retouching of photographs.
- Delivery of digital images and/or prints as agreed upon.

### 2. Booking and Payment

- **Booking:** To reserve our services, a non-refundable retaineris required upon booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event date.
- **Payment Methods:** We accept payments via e-mail transfer, PayPal or cash.
- **Cancellation:** If you cancel your booking the retainer is non-refundable.

### 3. Client Responsibilities

- **Cooperation:** Clients agree to provide necessary cooperation to facilitate the photography sessions.
- **Event Schedule:** Clients will provide a detailed schedule of events and notify us of any changes.
- **Guest Cooperation:** Clients are responsible for ensuring guests cooperate with our photography team during events.

### 4. Photography Rights and Usage

- **Copyright:** Avangard Photography retains the copyright to all photographs taken during events.
- **Usage Rights:** Clients receive personal usage rights to the photographs. Commercial use requires prior written consent.
- **Publication:** We may use selected images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

### 5. Limitation of Liability

- Avangard Photography will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

### 6. Privacy Policy

- Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

### 7. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation and mediation in Ontario, Canada, with litigation as a last resort.
